Provisioning and operation
Servers are created through the dashboard and provisioned through the configured Pterodactyl panel. While active, configured hourly billing is settled from the next billing time.
Billing freeze
Insufficient credit suspends the server and freezes renewal. The implemented restoration window is 14 days; after that, deletion is queued.
Inactivity
The inactivity worker suspends provisioned servers after seven days without account login, sends a Discord or email notice, and queues deletion seven days after the notice when delivery succeeds. Login can restore a server before deletion is queued.
Deletion and backups
Deletion is asynchronous. The panel server is force-deleted first, then the local server row and local shares are hard-deleted. Provider failures can delay deletion. No verified backup expiry or restoration period is available.
