1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Thallius ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using Thallius you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: host illegal content, conduct DDoS attacks or network abuse, mine cryptocurrency, send spam or phishing content, violate the rights of others, or attempt to circumvent resource limits. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account.
5. Resource Limits
Each server is subject to its configured resource limits and daily-benefit status. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate servers that consistently exceed allocated resources or negatively impact other users.
6. Daily Benefits
Users may qualify for one temporary server benefit by completing the required verified Linkvertise links. The available choices are 24/7 uptime or higher resources. Benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire at the end of their stated period.
7. Service Availability
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
8. Data & Backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we provide backup features, we do not guarantee data recovery in the event of hardware failure, accidental deletion, or account termination.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice. Servers that remain expired beyond the configured deletion delay will be permanently removed.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
